Today the Association was contacted by City Hall; they advised us that the Whittier Cadillac and Board Ford Properties will be potentially developed by Oppidan Properties located in San Mateo.
Shortly there after I was contacted by the Developer who very much wants to get YOUR support for their project.
We have scheduled a small intimate meeting for Residents living on Janine to attend this meeting and express their support or concerns for this project.
The meeting will include a light dinner and will be hosted by Oppidan. Please join me along with several of your Board Members at the Friendly Hills Country Club March 12th at 6:00 P.M.
