The Friendly Hills property owners association felt that our residents should be brought up to date on the changing homeless conditions that exist in our City. We are therefore hosting an open community forum with a featured speaker Paul Ramirez who has first-hand knowledge of not only the current conditions but the laws that exist relating to the topic.
